Education.

Cultivate your ability to learn from life's rich patterns.  You may not be able to establish the curriculum, but you can elect what courses to take at any given time and how to apply that knowledge.

Surrender.

The ability to be with what is going on rather than remaining preoccupied with what might, should or could happen.  Let go of the need to manage life and deepen into the peace of acceptance.

Love.

The essence of contentment and the foundation of serenity.  Love is the activation of your spirit reaching out to make connections.  It overcomes grief, harbors no ill will and heals all separation.

Communication.

A vital link between your interior experience and outward expression.  Willingness to share your feelings and thoughts can engage you in more meaningful relationships to yourself, others and environment.

Delight.

An approach of childlike innocence and freshness.  Bring pleasure and enchantment to each relationship, event and task of everyday life.

Healing.

Let go of the woundedness that separates you from your wholeness, and restore the balance of your true nature.

The capacity to act on your awareness with loving discernment.  Utilize your resources to the fullest and create win-win experiences.

Wisdom arises from experience, a deep heart, and willingness to learn.  Add your maturity and inner knowing to spiritually nourish each creative moment.

Savor what is new in your life now.  The creative process is never finished.  Let go of striving and rest in satisfaction and joyous fulfillment.

What part of you is in charge?  Be mindful of your inner knowing.  Follow your deepest impulse and decisiveness.
